Not every experience needs to involve talking, analyzing, or actively working through something.
These restorative offerings are designed to create space for your body and nervous system to slow down, settle, and receive support.
Through Reiki and immersive sound experiences, you are invited to step out of the constant pressure of doing, managing, helping, and holding everything together and simply allow yourself to be supported for a while.
These experiences can be enjoyed on their own or used alongside breathwork, coaching, therapy, or other wellness practices.
Reiki is a gentle, energy-based practice offered through light touch or hands-off techniques, with your comfort and consent guiding the session.
You remain fully clothed and comfortably resting while I use light touch or work just above the body. There is nothing you need to accomplish, no story you need to tell, and no emotional breakthrough you need to force.
For people who spend much of their lives caring for others, solving problems, staying vigilant, or carrying responsibility, Reiki offers something surprisingly difficult to find:
A space where nothing is required of you.
Space for rest and reconnection
A Reiki session offers time for:
Every session is different. Some people describe warmth, imagery, emotion, or a meditative state. Others simply enjoy uninterrupted rest.
There is no “right” way to experience Reiki.
What to expect
A brief check-in
We begin with an opportunity to share anything you would like support around and discuss your preferences for touch or hands-off techniques.
Time to rest and receive
You settle into a comfortable resting position while Reiki is offered according to your preferences.
A gentle return
The session closes slowly, allowing time to reorient, notice your experience, and transition back into your day.
You remain in control of your experience at all times.
Bass & Bowls is an immersive sound experience combining deep, resonant bass music with the vibration of singing bowls and other sound elements.
This experience brings together two distinct forms of vibration. Low bass frequencies offer a sound you can physically feel, while singing bowls introduce layered tones and resonances that invite your attention inward.
The result is a soundscape that moves between earthy, powerful, meditative, spacious, and calming.
You are not asked to analyze the experience. Simply get comfortable and allow sound and vibration to become the practice.
Why bass?
We often associate sound experiences with delicate, quiet, or ethereal tones. But sound can also feel earthy and grounding.
Deep bass creates vibration that can be physically felt, giving your attention something tangible to follow.
If sitting silently or trying to quiet your thoughts feels difficult, an immersive sound environment offers another way to explore meditation and present-moment awareness.
An invitation to listen and settle
Bass & Bowls offers space to explore:
What to expect
Get comfortable
You will be invited to lie down or settle into a comfortable position.
Let the sound unfold
An intentionally curated journey of bass-driven music, singing bowls, and layered sound creates a gradual arc from external demands toward inward attention and rest.
Notice your experience
You may notice vibration, physical sensations, imagery, emotion, stillness, or simply the experience of listening.
Nothing needs to happen. There is no particular feeling or outcome to achieve.
Your only invitation is to get comfortable and receive.
Immersive sound, vibration, sensory grounding, and an opportunity to settle into the music for a while.
These experiences are an invitation to step out of responsibility for a little while.
You do not need to perform.
You do not need to process.
You do not need to fix anything.
Come as you are.
Rest. Listen. Receive.
