Therapy is a clinical service provided separately from coaching. Coaching is not psychotherapy.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT 121881) with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s hardest moments and biggest transitions. My work focuses on trauma recovery, anxiety, relationship dynamics, and identity development, and I have a particular commitment to serving survivors of complex trauma.
My approach draws on psychodynamic, EMDR, and somatic therapy, with a deep respect for the connection between mind, body, and whole-person health. I use evidence-based practices, meaning approaches supported by clinical research, and tailor them to your needs and goals. I welcome clients from all backgrounds, and I work at a pace that feels safe and collaborative, with your goals leading the way.
Whether you’re moving through a relationship transition, working with painful experiences from the past, or looking for greater clarity in your life, I’m here to walk alongside you toward healing and meaningful change.

Fees and insurance. My practice is self-pay only; I do not bill insurance, but I can provide a superbill.
Confidentiality. What you share in therapy is private. There are a few legal exceptions, such as concerns about harm to yourself or others, or abuse of a child, elder, or dependent adult. We’ll review these together in our first session.
